Team Dominance values your privacy. We understand that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our Site and will only collect and use information in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and our obligations under the law.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information we collect from customers, prospective customers, and users who register themselves or others for services and submit information to Team Dominance through our site.

This Privacy Policy covers Team Dominance’s processing of personal information collected on websites, applications, and social media pages owned by Team Dominance (the “Site”) by individuals (“Users” or “Members”) about individuals, families, and teams (“Participants”), as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business. All Members are adults over the age of 18, who are either (a) entering information about themselves to participate in the activities managed on the Site; (b) entering information for minors for whom they are a parent or guardian. Therefore, any references to a “Participant” in this Privacy Policy could refer to a minor child or to an adult, with the assumption that all data for any minor child is entered by the adult parent/guardian of that child.

Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Site. If you do not accept and agree to this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Site immediately.

We may revise this policy, so please check back regularly. If you have questions about Team Dominance’s privacy practices or data protection, please contact us at [email protected]

SCOPE — WHAT DOES THIS POLICY COVER?

This Policy only applies to the practices of companies that Team Dominance controls and people employed or managed by Team Dominance. It does not extend to any websites that are linked to from Our Site (whether We provide those links or whether they are shared by other users). We have no control over how your data is collected, stored or used by other websites and We advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMERS

To sign into Our Application, you must provide a valid email address and your first and last names. Your first and last names are displayed to other Users when you post messages on the Site as well as on pages showing contact information. See “Contact Information Sharing” below for additional details.

You must also create a password that is stored in such a way that we cannot know its value.

The Application collects information on behalf of Customers. The information is for use by the Customer. Team Dominance acts as an agent in collecting information from Members for the Customer. Customers specify what information to collect and rules determining who can access it. Typical personal information collected in the Application includes first name, last name, phone number, email address, mailing address, age, birthdate, school, and grade. The Application also allows Members to upload pictures of themselves and of Participants.

Customers may distribute the collected information on other sites and applications. Team Dominance does not and cannot control such distribution. We encourage you to review the Customer’s privacy policy, what they collect, and who they allow to access Member and Participant personal information if you are a Member of their organization.

CONTACT INFORMATION SHARING

Customers create groups of Participants, referred to in this Policy as “Teams.” In addition to Participants, Teams can consist of other Members who manage and assist with Team activities. Contact information can be presented at both an overall Team level and for each Team Participant and Member. Contact information typically consists of names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, although Customers may collect additional or less data. For Participants who are minors, we provide the ability to associate parent and/or guardian contact information with the Participant.

Customers decide how much, if any, information to make available to other Members within and outside the Participants’ Teams. Customers also decide how much information to make available to non-Member Users, or Users who do not sign in to the application. While the final decision about what to share lies with the Customer, the application is designed to promote smoother practice planning and communication amongst the Members of a Team. Therefore, you should expect at least some contact information you submit to be shared with other Members of your Teams.

In addition to Teams, we provide the ability for Customers to provide organization-wide contacts and a listing of their staff. These are typically people who manage and assist with management of the organization as a whole as well as individual Teams. The contact information is the same as the Team contact information above. The organization staff listing consists of names and organization titles. Customers choose who to provide as contacts and who to include on their staff. While not required and ultimately decided by Customers, if you act in such capacity for an organization, you should be aware your name and possibly your contact information may be displayed to Users who are not Members of the organization, and are not required to sign in.

Team Dominance will not share your information with anyone other than authorized Customer administrators beyond the Customer settings unless otherwise specified in this document. We will only share information if we must do so to complete a requirement, such as providing your email address to our payment provider if you choose to make payments through the application (see “Credit Cards,” below for more information).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for use by minors under the age of 13, and is intended for minors between 13 and 18 years old only with express consent of a parent or guardian. This is enforced by Team Dominance’s Terms of Use. Team Dominance does not knowingly collect information about minors unless it is entered by a parent or guardian, or by a minor older than age 13 with a parent or guardian’s authorization. If you are aware a minor to whom you are parent or guardian has entered information without your consent, or if you wish to revoke their access to the Site, contact us at [email protected].

ACCESSING AND UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Members can access and update their personal information and that of minors to whom they are a parent or guardian. User information can be accessed and updated on the User Profile, available from every page once User has signed into the application. You can update your name. You can update or remove your address, phone number, and profile picture. Because your email address is used to validate your account, you must contact us at [email protected] if you wish to change your email address.

Other Participant-related information can be accessed and updated from your application Home page. The Settings page contains a list of all Participants whose information you can update. Those Participants can be you or those to whom you are a parent or guardian. The exact Participant information used by your organization is determined by the Customer. The Customer also determines what information is required, and therefore cannot be removed. All Participant information can be changed.

USER-SUBMITTED SKILLS

We allow Members to create skills, practices and other posts. If you choose to create a public skill or practice, it will be viewed by other Users. The Customer decides whether those Users must be registered Members or if those skills or practices may be viewed by anyone. Once posted, we cannot prevent information in the skill or practice from being used illegally, or in another way violating this Privacy Policy.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

We use third parties to process credit card payments. Customers create accounts with them, where both Customer bank account and Member credit card information is stored. It is entered on a secure web page and transmitted to them using SSL encryption for processing on their software platforms. Team Dominance does not store any bank or credit card information. We encourage you to review their privacy policies:

If you contact us by phone, we will collect the phone number you use to call Us. If you contact Us by phone as a User, We may collect additional information in order to verify your identity.

Our Sites use cookies and other technologies to function effectively. These technologies record information about your use of our Sites, including:

Browser and device data, such as IP address, device type, operating system and Internet browser type, and language;

Usage data, such as time spent on the Site, pages visited, links clicked, and the pages that led or referred you to Our Site.

We also may collect information about your online activities on websites and connected devices over time and across third-party websites, devices, apps and other online features and services. We use Google Analytics on our Sites to help us analyze your use of Our Site and diagnose technical issues.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your Personal Data may be stored and processed in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which We or Our service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may send you email marketing communications about Our products and services, invite you to participate in surveys, or otherwise communicate with you for marketing purposes, provided that we do so in accordance with the consent requirements that are imposed by applicable law. When we collect your business contact details through our participation at trade shows or other events, we may use the information to follow-up with you regarding an event, send you information that you have requested on our products and services and, with your permission, include you on our marketing information campaigns.

When you visit our Sites or online services, both we and certain third parties collect information about your online activities over time and across different sites to provide you with advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests (this type of advertising is called “interest-based advertising”). These third parties may place or recognize a unique cookie or other technology on your browser (including the use of pixel tags). Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent prior to processing of your information for the purpose of interest-based advertising.

You may see our ads on other websites or mobile apps because we participate in advertising networks. Ad networks allow us to target our messaging to users based on a range of factors, including demographic data, users’ inferred interests and browsing context (for example, the time and date of your visit to Our Site, the pages that you viewed, and the links that you clicked on). This technology also helps us track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and understand if you have seen one of our advertisements.

We work with Google AdWords and other advertising networks. To learn how to opt out of behavioral advertising delivered by Network Advertising Initiative member companies, please visit the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance. You may download the AppChoices app to opt out in mobile apps. If you opt out from interest-based advertising, you may see advertising that is not relevant to you. At present, there is no industry standard for recognizing Do Not Track browser signals, so we do not respond to them.

COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

Similar to many commercial websites, we utilize “cookies” and other technologies to collect non-personally-identifiable information from the Site. Cookies are a feature of web browser software that allows web servers to recognize the computer used to access a website. Cookies store information accessed through your browser to streamline activities on related web sites, and make the online experience easier and more personalized. Information gathered through cookies and web-server log files may include information such as the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, IP addresses, links to/from any page, and time spent at a site. We use cookie data to measure web traffic and usage activity on the Site for purposes of improving and enhancing the functionality of the Site and to better understand the sources of traffic and transactions on the Site. Cookies also allow our servers to remember your account information for future visits and to provide personalized and streamlined information across related pages on the Site. Log files are used to monitor, measure, analyze, improve, and troubleshoot our Services.

In order to understand and improve the effectiveness of our advertising, we may also use web beacons, cookies, and other technology to identify the fact that you have visited the Site or seen one of our advertisements, and we may provide that information to one or more third-party advertising networks. The information we provide may include the time and date of your visit to our website, pages viewed, links clicked and other non-personally identifying information. Those advertising networks may recognize the web beacon or cookie associated with your visit to our Site when you visit other websites on which they serve advertising, and they may make decisions about the advertisements you see based on it. For more information about advertising and tracking online, visit the Network Advertising Initiative. This website allows consumers to “opt out” of the behavioral advertising delivered by member companies. Additional information on that program can be found here.

If you wish to opt out of having cookies set on your browser, the only way to ensure that this happens is to manage the settings on your web browser to delete all cookies and disallow further acceptance of cookies. For more information, refer to your browser’s technical information. You may also consider visiting aboutcookies.org, which provides helpful information about cookies. Note that disabling cookies on your browser prevents us from tracking your activities in relation to the Site. However, it may also disable features available through the Site. We therefore recommend that you leave cookies enabled.

Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security all of the time. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any of your personal information via the Internet.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, computer, and web-enabled devices, among other things, by signing off after using a shared computer, inserting a password on your web-enabled device, choosing a password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, keeping your password private, and periodically changing your password. You should never share your log-in information with others. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or compromised passwords, or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
